Our client is looking for a Scrum Master combined with Developer role to their Vehicle Services Core.

Your profile:

They are looking for someone with experience from being a Scrum Master but also have a background in Java programming and the software development process. It is a plus if you also have experience in AWS. They also work with for example Linux, GIT and Spring Boot. You should be able to handle requirements from several parallel initiatives and be able to translate to a realistic planning within the team. You are a communicative person and used to handle stakeholders such as Project Managers, Domain architects, Line managers, Product owners etc. You also have an interest in growing people and develop the team to both being a great place to work and make sure to deliver in time.

The Position:

As Scrum Master in the Vehicle Services Core team, you will be in a combined Scrum Master and Developer role, focusing mainly on tasks related to the Scrum Master role. We work DevSecOps, whereas you will frequently interact with, other than the Java Developers in your own team, several other teams both at our client. In other words, you will be working with e.g. other Scrum Masters, Support team members, Business Analysts, E2E Testers – to mention a few.

Your responsibilities will, among other things, involve having daily follow up with the team and report to e.g Release Train Engineer and Product Owner on both one-time and run-time status. We work according to SAFE with Program Increments and we use Confluence and Jira tools.
