Technical Lead and project coordinator

Role:

You will be part of a prioritized cloud transformation initiative. The work is carried out within a product team responsible for delivering a set of digital collaboration tools based on M365, as well as driving a full-scale migration from on-premises network shares to OneDrive across the entire organization.

The goal is to support the organization's cloud journey by modernizing and improving the management of personal document storage. In this role, you will serve as a hands-on resource, ensuring that the transformation is executed in line with the project’s objectives and timeline, in close collaboration with the project manager and engineers in the product team.

You will contribute with both technical expertise and coordination of technical activities to minimize disruptions and downtime for users during the migration.

Essential requirements:

• Proven Experience with Large-Scale Migrations to OneDrive for Business

• Hands-on knowledge of Microsoft Migration Manager or similar migration tools

• Experience coordinating M365/OneDrive-related projects

• Understanding of common challenges and best practices for file migration
