Genesys Cloud – Stockholm – Hybrid Remote

We are looking for a consultant who can support our customer’s Customer Experience team during an important development phase. The assignment is about contributing with specialist expertise around Genesys Cloud – both operationally and strategically – to improve the customer journey and user experience in their contact channels.

We are looking for someone who has documented experience with Genesys Cloud and who can quickly get used to complex environments.

As a consultant, you will:

• Work with requirements, incidents and improvements linked to Genesys Cloud.

• Support in the analysis and development of solutions in dialogue with the business.

• Be part of a cross-functional team with a focus on efficient, digital and unified customer experience.

Location: Stockholm, Nacka

Length: 6 months initially, and can be performed partially remotely.
