As an Expert Service Designer, you will have the responsibility to Capture, translate, package future business and customer needs into viable and desirable commercial solutions, service strategies.
These commercial solutions, large and small will clearly communicate Designs intentions to platform development in various activities within our client

What will you do?
- Secure business and customer value while facilitating human-centric ways of working with cross-functional teams across our client
- Supporting analytically the communication and conceptualization telling of insights. Facilitate pre-defined stakeholder group collaboration and produce design artefacts. Work independently after being given direction by more senior designers.
- Drive business analysis as support to product vision and strategies by design-driven research and analysis, business modelling and Customer Experience design.
- Drive XF facilitation by process planning, coordinating, selecting, and balancing stakeholder input when conceptualizing insights into tangible outcomes.
- Make important decisions based on research and understand how this research impacts others. Frames business innovation by facilitating business vision and strategies.
- Balance foresight into business case development when co-creating roadmaps with great storytelling skills.
- Helps to embed good practice within teams by ensuring the right selection and application of methods and approaches.
- Secures application of best practices, ensuring high-quality deliveries with proven business benefit across broader organization.
- Sets direction and assure the quality of design delivery across teams, multiple or highly complex services initiatives. Initiates new value creation workstreams at a business-value level.
On Expert level the employee is a recognized expert in Service Design typically obtained through advanced education and work experience (position typically requires 10 years or more relevant experience). - Experienced project lead and an established coach, mentor and educator to others in VG - Known subject matter expert and a natural go to person for complex discipline related issues - Strong T shaped profile (either building deeper discipline excellence or developing mature generalist toolbox) - Known product owner, often contributing to project roadmaps/strategies within context of industry trends - Clear articulation of value creation by joining up the dots between their work and the TD/BA strategy.
