RPA Developer
Our client is searching for a developer within Robotic Process Automation that can help them with mapping and automation of repetitive and manual processes within Finance and HR.
The scope is for 3 months starting from 19th of May
- Scope
- Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for automation within Finance, HR, IT and other departments.
- Lead end to end automation projects together with stakeholders.
- Design, develop, test, and deploy RPA solutions using platforms and/or development using standard solutions and language
- Build and maintain supporting software components (e.g., APIs, bots, scripts) to integrate with enterprise systems.
- Work with process owners to map workflows and define functional and technical requirements.
- Implement best practices for exception handling, error logging, and process documentation.
- Document processes and business cases
- Ensure compliance with security, privacy, and data protection standards, particularly when handling sensitive HR and financial data.
- Collaborate with IT and business units to integrate automation with existing systems and workflows.
Competence:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Experience developing with RPA tools
- Proficiency in programming/scripting languages such as C#, .NET, Python, or JavaScript.
- Understanding of business processes in Finance and HR is a strong advantage.
- Experience with APIs, web services, and system integration.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams and communicate technical solutions in business terms.
- Familiarity with software development best practices (version control, testing, documentation).
- Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality and reliable automation solutions.
- Knowledge of ERP systems like SAP
