About the Role:

We are looking for a Test Engineer with strong technical skills in infrastructure, test automation, and performance testing. You will work as a Test Engineer within B2B teams, where you will partner with three development teams to ensure the quality of their daily work. You will be a key part of each team, aligned with their business needs. Also, you will be involved in a migration project that aims to move one of our main systems from Open VMSCobol to LinuxJava. In this project, you will work with business teams and developers to understand the current system's business flow, perform manual tests, and automate them for the new system. You will create, run, and maintain tests in both manual and automated processes.

Technical Skills:

Strong knowledge of Software Test Life Cycle, Several years of experience in Testing that involves multiple systems and integrations Familiarity with API testing and API testing tools such as Postman and SoupUI Basic knowledge of GITHUB, CI/CD and DevOps culture Experience using JIRA and Confluence Basic Linux skills

Soft Skills:

Strong documentation skills to write test plans, test cases, and test results. Communication of findings and suggestions to the relevant stakeholders. Identify the root causes of issues and propose effective solutions. Logical thinking and business sense Report serious defects and follow up with developer/vendor until the fix and retest Experience working in Agile Way of working, Fast learner and independent contributor

Good to have: Basic knowledge of JAVA technologies and work experience with tools like IntelliJ and Visual source code Experience working with cross team and participate in Test planning of different teams Willingness to learn legacy system and work with migration testing - COBOL to JAVA Basic understanding of telecom Domain/Leasing business is a plus Automation experience is a plus - Cypress or playwrite
