Senior Test Automation Engineer

Our client is seeking a Senior Test Automation Engineer to play a key role in setting-up the test automation for our clients new portal for onboarding and managing clinical studies within their digital solutions. The portal will support the entire study lifecycle, empowering the Global Study Delivery team at

our client to efficiently configure and deploy digital solutions for clinical trials. You will work cross the engineering teams in the crew to set-up their test automation for Study Lifecycle Tooling and aligning to their Test Automation strategy. To succeed in this role, you excel at cross-team collaboration and bring a strong expertise in test automation while staying up to date with new technologies (such as AI) to drive enhancements and

optimization test automation.

Location: Gothenburg

Work location: Min 3 days per week onsite, with flexibility on which days depending on needs.

Language: Fluent English

Overview of responsibilities

You will be responsible for driving and beeing hands-on in the implementation of the test automation for the Study Lifecycle Tooling and ensuring high-quality software delivery through effective test automation practices within a continuous CI/CD pipeline. This also includes the creation and maintenance of test documentation. As a senior test engineer, you will take ownership of quality in the delivery process, lead and mentor other teams, and contribute to fostering a strong engineering culture.

Skills

• Expertise in test automation technologies for continuous CI/CD for web-based solutions

• Strong experience in implementing automated tests

• Strong interest and up-to-date knowledge of how AI can be leveraged to enhance test automation

• Strong understanding and experience working in regulated environments, with a focus on test requirements and documentation standards

• Proven ability to lead and mentor teams in the successful implementation of test automation across cross-functional teams

• Excellent communication and documentation skills, ensuring clarity and quality in all processes.
