IT Lead Project Manager (People & Culture)
Our client is looking for an experienced Lead Project Manager to support a People & Culture initiative focused on Equal Pay and Compensation Transparency, in alignment with CSRD (Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive) and evolving EU legislation. The assignment is part of a broader effort to ensure legal compliance and uphold pay equity standards across multiple countries.

The project involves conducting a pay equity analysis, including the collection, structuring, and analysis of compensation data. The outcome will support reporting and compliance with new legislative requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Leadership: Structure and lead a multi-stream project involving data collection, change management, training, and cross-country implementation.
- Planning & Prioritization: Develop and execute project plans, aligning action items across various workstreams and adapting to country-specific legal requirements.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with internal stakeholders across the organization and manage external stakeholders when needed.
- Procurement Management: Oversee procurement processes (RFI/RFP) for third-party tools or solutions as required for analysis and reporting.
Profile Requirements
- Proven experience in managing large-scale, cross-functional HR or compliance-related projects.
- Excellent communication skills with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Solid knowledge of Swedish labor law and compensation regulations.
- Fluent in Swedish and English, both written and spoken.
- Familiarity with RFI/RFP processes and third-party solution evaluations.
