Enterprise information architect

Assignment Scope

We are seeking a highly skilled enterprise information architect(s) to create logical and contextual information models to support our business flows, across portfolio to cash value streams. The ideal candidate will possess deep knowledge of information architecture, models, data structures, and information flows. They should demonstrate expertise in design, optimization, and alignment with target architecture, along with proficiency in data governance.

Key responsibilities

The assignment scope includes creation/ update of detailed information and data flows and logical models (operational data in core systems) to reflect requirements from business flows and target architecture. The scope will be prioritized by the Client in iterations.

Following activities are in scope:

Logical and Contextual Modeling:

• Develop robust logical and contextual information models supporting the identified Business

Flow transformation scope.

• Organize and lead information modelling workshops with SMEs to capture business inputs.
• Analyze business process and information management requirements.
• Capture demands and events at client which have information model impact.
• Collaborate with business flow design teams to understand and analyze requirements, assess impact on data flows and information models and create /update data flows and information models as needed.

Analysis and Improvement:

• Conduct thorough analysis to identify improvement opportunities within existing information and data structures.
• Develop new/or update information models and data flows according to business requirements and change initiatives.
• Document the information model descriptions and associated business rules and requirements as defined by Client.
• Identify information model impact from change initiatives, demands and provide solution.

Support E2E Information and Data Management:

• Ensure adherence to common Client ways of working, information modeling frameworks, rules and standards.
• Secure cross functional quality of information models & assets.
• Support teams working on SSoT decisions and data security requirements on adhoc basis with detailed information models and requirements as required.
