Description: Lead project Manager for People and Culture


Project: HR - CSRD Equal Pay – in the compensation domain , pay equity analysis to be compliant with legislation and CSRD


CSRD and EU directives put requirements on Volvo to collect and analyze total compensation to ensure equal pay. Data needs to be collected and structured. Analysis and reports created.

• Structure and drive project with several streams (eg data collection, change management, training etc) and several country implementations as legal requirements differs from country to country

• Plan and prioritize action items across the different streams and countries

• Stakeholder management across Volvo

• Drive procurement of external third party solution if needed (RFI/RFP)


Skilled on communication with internal and external stakeholders, RFP knowledge.

Swedish speaking person with knowledge in Swedish law regulations for payments.
