As a Solution Architect within the Partner Relations team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the direction and technical implementation of our clients Partner enabled services. You will work with a team of talented Partner leads, Designers, Product Managers, Business Analysts, and Full-stack Developers, collaborating with other stakeholders to enhance and scale the existing service portfolio, partner enablers, and developer platform.

Responsibilities:

Leadership: Lead and contribute to planning, developing, deploying and maintaining business driven solutions within the organization. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to a team of Full-stack Developers, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and innovation. Lead by example through hands-on development and code reviews.


System Development & Implementation: Drive the development and evolution of Partner solutions product domain, including the design, maintenance of reusable components, scalability and fault tolerance. Ensure alignment with industry best practices and emerging trends.


Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Solution Architects, Service Designers, UX/UI Designers, Product Managers, Full-stack Developers and Business analysts to understand requirements, define technical solutions, and ensure seamless integration with back- and front-end systems.


Architectural Design: Define and design the architecture for applications and/or services within the organization, ensuring maximum value for IT investments. Collaborate with Enterprise Architects for strategic direction and follow established principles and guidelines, ensuring adherence to standards. You’ll be handling Infrastructure architecture, integration architecture, security architecture and software architecture in your daily work.


Participate in the technical roadmap of our clients applications, advocating for scalable and maintainable solutions. Evaluate new technologies and frameworks to improve development efficiency and user experience together the product team.


Quality Assurance: Establish and enforce coding standards, best practices, and testing strategies to ensure high-quality and performant code. Conduct code reviews, automated testing, and performance optimization to maintain a high level of reliability and user satisfaction.

Documentation and Knowledge Sharing: Create and maintain technical documentation, guidelines, and patterns for the Partner Relations team. Facilitate knowledge-sharing sessions and workshops to onboard new team members and promote continuous learning.


Your profile:

Most important of all is your personality and desire to drive a concept and refinement work supporting our goals. You will encounter challenges and complexities daily. The ability to approach problems analytically, break them down into manageable components, and devise creative solutions is crucial. You will drive the evolution of our Partner Service enablers and APIs, ensuring consistency, scalability, performance, and maintainability across our back- and front-end applications.


In summary we believe that you have:

• A university degree in a relevant field and several years of experience in distributed systems.

• Expertise in full-stack development, particularly using NodeJs, TypeScript, GraphQL, AWS Serverless, preferably also in Gerrit.

• Able to work with Java SpringBoot

• Expertise in event-driven and micro service architectures using AWS Cloud

• Experience working with AWS CDK and AWS SAM


Experience in the automotive industry is considered beneficial, as well as experience within a field close to or within full-stack development frameworks and tools. We think you have broad knowledge and ability to create and present concepts and new innovative ideas, both for technical specialists and people without technical knowledge. They work with infrastructure as code.
