Communication Consultant

We are looking for a communication consultant with a passion for, and extensive experience in, converting complex project information into easily understood messages and visualizations reaching a variety of stakeholders and employees.

As a person you are creative, perceptive and takes initiatives to deliver spot-on content adjusted for target groups in a timely manner. You are used to work tightly with leaders and managers, supporting them to communicate effectively through change, and you have experience from acting as a communications expert in projects that have had massive impacts on the organization.

You will work closely with the Program Communications lead and be a part of the Atlas Program Business Change team. As a team we support the program as well as the business, leading this transformation towards successful outcomes.

Example of key responsibilities:

• Support team members as well as business managers communicating effectively
• Plan and lead communication activities to reach desired effects
• Simplify complex information into crisp messages for different target groups
• Create Power Point presentations and news articles
• Act as editor of a bi-monthly newsletter
• Keep our sharepoint sites informative and up-to-date

Skills and experience required:

• + 10 years working experience as a communication professional including acting as a proactive communication support for managers leading change
• Experience from being part of a project team, preferably from large business transformations or ERP-implementations
• Well experienced in writing and editing news articles and project information
• Well experienced using Sharepoint
• Well experienced in MS Office, with excellent PowerPoint skills
• Fluent in English and Swedish – orally as well as in writing

Location and Mobility:

Hybrid, where you will work at HQ in Solna at least 2 days per week. Travelling to other sites may occur.

Scope and range:

• Start of assignment: May 5, 2025
• Extent 32 hrs/week
• The length of the assignment will be 12 months, with an option for extension thereafter. The Atlas Program is planned to finish 2029.

Background:

The company has started a group-wide program called Atlas, with the purpose to modernize and harmonize the ways we operate across the company. This includes uniform working systems, methods and processes across the company, including the implementation of a new ERP-system (SAP S4HANA).
