Program Manager

Role:

Ensure that the payments solutions remain compliant and reliable by focusing on upgrading critical countries

Facilitate collaboration among the teams and monitor progress on projects within Payments area

Coordinate various projects that aim to address compliance requirements and enhance the functionality of payment systems

Gather data and input from previous problem cases and facilitate discussions aimed at uncovering recurring issues to ensure that all stakeholders have a shared understanding of processes and requirements

Evaluate the improvements in process efficiency through team feedback, reduction in processing time, and tracking the number of identified areas of waste

Problem management coordination with internal stakeholders and vendors

Essential requirements:

5-7 years of experience in Program or Project Management

Familiarity with Project Management methodologies (Six Sigma, Agile)

Strong leadership and people skills

Knowledge and experience within payments area (POS, payment solutions)

Experience working with vendors of payments solutions

Familiarity with tools such as Jira and Confluence
