Scope of the HRPlus Integration Project:

  • Develop a standardized integration layer to connect multiple HRPlus systems across different societies.
  • Ensure all identified data objects (e.g., Employee data, Salary data, Time data, Finance data) are accessible to other applications in standardized formats (e.g., file, API, message).
  • Enable other applications to update HRPlus data through the integration layer.


Consultant's Responsibilities

Project Management:

  • Oversee the development and delivery of HRPlus integrations.
  • Introduce standardized processes, routines, and system support for managing identities (employees, line consultants, resource consultants) and system accounts.


Stakeholder and Governance Management:

  • Establish effective governance structures and collaborative frameworks.
  • Conduct data-driven analysis to support strategic decisions and prioritize key activities.
  • Define project scope, objectives, and key deliverables.
  • Regularly engage with internal and external stakeholders to ensure progress and alignment.
  • Coordinate with Coop’s representatives from various societies.


Resource and Risk Management:

  • Ensure optimal resource allocation to meet project objectives.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate risks related to integration development.
  • Manage vendor relationships and third-party collaborations.


Quality and Change Management:

  • Enforce quality standards for functionality, security, and performance.
  • Handle change requests, evaluating their impact on timelines, budgets, and project scope.
  • Monitor project milestones, track progress, and deliver comprehensive status reports.
  • Ensure thorough documentation and facilitate knowledge transfer.


Required Competencies

Project Leadership Expertise:

  • Proven track record managing complex IT projects with multiple stakeholders.
  • Project management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is desirable.


Technical Skills:

  • Strong understanding of IT integration technologies, including API, event-driven, and message-based architectures.
  • Experience with low-code/no-code platforms is advantageous.


Project and Risk Management:

  • Strong organizational skills to manage budgets, timelines, and resources.
  • Proficient in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps) and collaboration platforms (e.g., Microsoft Teams, SharePoint).
  • Expertise in risk identification, assessment, and mitigation strategies.


Domain Experience:

  • IT experience in high-transaction retail environments.
  • Familiarity with outsourced IT delivery models and collaboration with outsourcing partners.
  • Experience implementing organizational change and promoting new working methods.
  • Knowledge of HR processes and systems is meriting.
