Atlassian Support Engineer – Stockholm
We are now searching for an Atlassian Support Engineer on behalf of our client in Stockholm. The client is at the forefront in the growing market for communication platforms as a Service, and mobile customer engagement.
In the role as Atlassian Support Engineer, you will provide essential support for Jira and Confluence to their employees globally. In this role, you will handle incident and request related support issues, while also serving as an escalation point for more complex cases. You will document solutions and create guides to streamline workflows for both the Atlassian team and end users.
As a person it is important that you are proactive and self-driven, with the ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. You should have strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze issues, identify root causes and implement effective solutions in a timely manner. Capable to work in a fast-paced environment, with ability to prioritize what’s most important. Also, you need to have strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders. Finally, the client value curiosity, a passion for Atlassian products and a proactive, team-oriented mindset.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in relevant field
- Experience in Jira and Confluence administration (Data Center and Cloud), with hands-on knowledge in configuration, user management and troubleshooting.
- Experience in providing first-line support for Jira and Confluence, handling basic to mid-level technical issues and escalating complex cases when needed.
- Experience in creating and managing documentation in Confluence, including creating user guides, troubleshooting steps and knowledge base articles.
- Familiarity with Jira automations and workflows, with the ability to configure and troubleshoot automation rules within Jira and Confluence.
- Basic understanding of Microsoft 365 Administration, to assist with integration between Atlassian tools and Microsoft services.
- Knowledge of cloud-based services such as Azure and integrations with Atlassian tools to support the seamless operation of Jira and Confluence.
- Fluent in written and spoken English
