Project Manager – Göteborg – Onsite

We are now searching for a Project Manager on behalf of our customer in Gothenburg. Our client is working with producing energy solutions and electrification.

Here, you will play a key role in executing critical projects that drive their expansion and operations. The role is central to ensure smooth project execution and scaling their impact across Europe, working closely with their operations team to deliver high-performance charging and energy solutions. Also, you will oversee cross-functional projects that connect their technology, operational strategy, and execution. You will be responsible for leading projects from planning to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business goals.

As a person it is important that you have experience working in a smaller company or scaleup environment, understanding the fast-moving dynamic and the need to roll up your sleeves and take on tasks outside a defined job description. Also, you need to be proactive and solution-oriented, with the ability to take ownership and work independently. You should also have strong communication skills and ability to align internal teams and external partners.

Responsibilities

• Building valuable relationships with customers, suppliers, and other external partners, ensuring smooth communication and successful execution

• Closely collaboration with the operations team to align projects with installation, logistics, and scaling efforts

• Anticipate challenges, mitigate risks, and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders

• Identify opportunities to streamline project workflows, optimize resources, and enhance execution

• Support the deployment and operationalization of their solutions in new markets, ensuring smooth rollouts

• Plan, lead, and execute key projects, ensuring smooth operations and timely delivery

Profile

• 3+ years of experience in project management, operations, or strategy execution, preferably within energy, mobility, or infrastructure

• Strong ability to plan, structure, and lead projects, ensuring clear objectives and measurable outcomes

• Previous experience working with operations teams, ensuring efficient execution of large-scale projects

• Ability to break down challenges, analyze key metrics, and drive data-driven decisions
