Vi söker en Senior Migration Lead till bank

About the assignment:

• Develop and establish the migration strategy, planning, and execution for a large-scale IT transformation, ensuring seamless data and application transitions.
• Lead and coordinate the execution of the multi-year migration strategy.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams, stakeholders, and third-party vendor to design a robust migration framework.
• Analyze current systems, processes, and data environments to create detailed migration roadmaps.
• Ensure that all migrations align with business- and program- goals, minimizing disruptions and ensuring operational continuity.
• Manage cross-functional teams through each phase of the migration, addressing challenges and mitigating risks.
• Provide expert guidance on best practices for system integration, cloud migration, and data governance.
• Oversee post-migration validation and performance optimization to ensure successful outcomes.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Migration Lead or Consultant in large-scale IT transformation programs.
• Extensive experience in systems migration (applications, infrastructure, or cloud) and data migration projects.
• Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, and/or Google Cloud) and enterprise IT landscapes.
• Expertise in project management with the ability to deliver within time, budget, and quality constraints.
• Exceptional problem-solving and leadership skills with a focus on delivering high-impact results.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience from banking / financing industry.

Meritorious

• Previous experience from Post trade system/Custody
