Background:

Our customer, a leader in the Paper and Pulp industry, is embarking on a strategic transition to a new Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system (SAP S/4HANA). Their aim is to optimize business processes, improve cross-departmental information flow, and enhance data management capabilities.

We are seeking an experienced SAP Test Manager to join the Atlas program team and lead the specialized program-based experts within test management, communication, and learning. As the SAP Test Manager, you will drive all aspects, from strategy to planning and execution of the UAT (User Acceptance Test) within the Logistic areas.

You will collaborate closely with the business workstream and report to the central Test Manager.

The main location for this role is the Solna Office, but our partner company has operations primarily in Sweden, Finland, and the US.

Key Responsibilities of this Role:

• Lead the user acceptance test within the Logistic process.

• With the team, ensure that the test cases written by the SAP implementation partner are reviewed.

• Ensure compliance with the SAP implementation partner defect process.

• Provide leadership support and advocacy. Work closely with the central test manager and other test managers to champion quality.

• Act as a test manager supporting workstreams within the program.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Educational Background:

• Test management and communication skills.

• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in an applicable area is preferred.

Professional Experience:

• Proven experience as a leader in managing tests in a large, complex transformation program.

• Experience in developing and adopting fit-for-purpose methods and approaches.

• Strong test management abilities, including the ability to prioritize tasks, manage timelines, and meet deadlines.

• System implementation experience is required; experience in the process industry as well as SAP implementation is essential.

• Experience in SAP EWM implementations is preferred.

• Experience with Solution Manager/Focus Build tool is required.

• Fluency in English and Swedish, both verbal and written.
