Adoption Specialist

Role:

We are looking for an Adoption Specialist for Microsoft 365 with a focus on SharePoint and OneDrive. We need an additional Adoption Specialist to support the organization in our journey toward modern work practices and in preparing for the migration of files from file servers and local drives to SharePoint Online and OneDrive for Business in M365. As an Adoption Specialist, you will be part of our "M365 Adoption Team" and work alongside other Adoption Specialists. In this role, you will educate our business representatives on how and when to use various Microsoft 365 solutions, both from a user perspective and as owners of Teams and/or SharePoint sites. You will provide guidance on how to create and manage Teams in Microsoft Teams and/or SharePoint sites.

Essential requirements:

Knowledge and experience in Sharepoint Online and other M365 solutions

Experince in educating users in how to setup and govern a SharePoint site in SharePoint Online

Really enjoy speaking in front of larger groups and find it easy to engage others

Works well in teams and with others, but can also work independently

Fluent in both spoken and written Swedish and English
