Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Organizational Change Management Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in managing and implementing change initiatives across the organization to ensure smooth transitions and achieve business objectives.


Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement change management strategies and plans that maximize employee adoption and minimize resistance.

• Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness, and identify key stakeholders.

• Create and deliver change management communications and training programs.

• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of change initiatives and make necessary adjustments.

• Identify and manage anticipated resistance to change.

• Facilitate Change Impact Assessment performed by the Change Network

• Drive actions to formulate relevant key messages and propose how to best anchor and spread it in the org.

• Create relevant training materials and plans, continuously refine based on feedback from Change Network

• Support establishment of Super-users in organization with train-the-trainer readiness and facilitate knowledge sharing between Super-users cross product lines

• Facilitate overall project communication plan and materials

• Facilitate regular interaction with the Project Change Network to secure communication, training and Super-user establishment is progressing according to plan and gaps are managed

• Synchronize and collaborate with Implementation Lead, Data Transformation Lead and PLM Team Lead on Project Planning team to secure progress on communication and training according to overall Implementation plans & address improvement areas and close identified gaps

• Contribute to, and/or drive assessments/analysis relating to project overall, as needed


Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field.

• Proven experience in change management, organizational development, or a related role.

• Strong understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and tools.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Certification in change management (e.g., Prosci, ACMP) is a plus.
