Workstream lead / Project management Certifications in SAP S/4 HANA – PM and MM
Scope and range:
• 1 FTE needed during the period December 2024 – April 2026 (and most likely extended beyond that)
Main location is Solna Office, but the customer has operations spread out in mainly Sweden, Finland and the US. Some travel will be part of the role.
Background from Paper or Manufaturing is required.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Educational Background:
o A degree in Business admin logistics, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
o Certifications in SAP S/4 HANA – PM and MM are advantageous
• Professional Experience:
o Proven experience in project management, with both business and system dimensions, focus on maintenance and service. Preferably in the paper and pulp industry or similar manufacturing sectors.
o Experience with both custom-built and ERP-systems, and a strong understanding of their integration challenges.
o Experience with SAP implementations, particularly SAP S/4HANA PM and MM.
• Language:
o English (primary)
o Swedish (secondary)
• Soft Skills:
o Strong leadership and team management skills.
o Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Background:
The Customer a leader in the Paper and Pulp industry, is embarking on a strategic transition to a new Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system (SAP). Our aim is to optimize our business processes, improve cross-departmental information flow, and enhance our data management capabilities.
Early 2024, the Atlas program started the Design of the first release covering the areas of Finance, Tax, Sales, Supply Chain and Procurement direct material and where we now have initiated Build.
In November 2024, the Atlas program started the Design activates of the second release covering the areas of Maintenance and Procurement (indirect material).
This request is for a Workstream lead for “Acquire to Decommission”. Acquire to Decommission includes processes and data for an asset entire life cycle. From idea, project execution, onboarding, commissioning, maintenance and finally off-boarding. With the focus on maintenance. The work will be done in close collaboration with other workstreams within the Atlas program.
The role is responsible for the full delivery of the workstream and dependencies with other areas and ensuring the best solution for us– from a business and system perspective.
Key focus is to ensure harmonized processes over the 9 mills (6 in Europe and 3 in North America) and work closely with stakeholders within our Operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the successful delivery of the project workstream “Acquire to Decommission”.
o Coordinate with other relevant workstreams in Atlas and in our business
o Work closely and coordinate with counterpart from SI-partner (Deloitte)
o Report to Global Process Owner for Acquire to Decommission and Atlas program management.
• Provide and ensure our context and expertise and ensure best possible solution, process and system, for us.
o Not only including SAP, but also relevant legacy systems and processes.
• Drive and ensure resolution/closure of identified solution gaps (process and system) together with implementation partner and business team.
• Ensure stakeholder collaboration (for example reference groups), meeting forums and expectation management.
o Ensure that relevant decision needs are identified, prepared and resolved.
• Coordinate with Change Management
o Change effort will mainly be within our internal warehouse operations.
• Secure communication and collaboration with external stakeholders.
• Lead, plan work and coordinate resources within workstream
o Current existing sub-teams are: data harmonization team (current key focus on storage´s for warehouse, spareparts)
