Interim Manager Collaboration & Productivity
Our client is seeking an experienced person to step into the role of Collaboration & Productivity Manager in their organization to lead and develop the collaboration and productivity services that support a wide range of our client's business areas, including maritime, renewable energy and waste management. Your primary goal will be to ensure the delivery of high-quality, user-friendly IT solutions that enable efficient collaboration, communication, and productivity across our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership: Lead, coach, and develop a team of 20 IT professionals responsible for:
- Collaboration & Internal Information Services (e.g., email, intranet portals based on the Microsoft 365 suite (Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Exchange, PowerApp).
- Web Solutions (development and delivery of websites).
- Videoconferencing (video meeting and conferencing solutions).
- Telephony (voice communication solutions).
- Broadcasting (web event production and streaming).
- Change Management: Drive change management initiatives as we transition to new delivery and operational models for our services, ensuring a smooth adaptation for both the team and end-users.
- Service Management: Oversee the delivery and continuous improvement of the services delivered by the team., ensuring alignment with business needs. Define and implement best practices and roadmaps for the services, driving adoption and usage across business units.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate closely with other teams, business units, and stakeholders to align IT strategy and service offerings with the organization’s objectives.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT team leadership, with a proven track record in delivering collaboration and productivity solutions across diverse, global organizations.
- Technical Knowledge: Strong expertise in Microsoft 365, including Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Exchange.
- Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to guide, motivate, and develop a technical team in a complex environment.
- Communication: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders effectively.
- Language Proficiency: Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
