Senior Work Flow Manager - Dashworks

The Senior Workflow Manager is responsible for overseeing the development, maintenance, and optimization of back-end systems that support the organization's Workflow Management Tool, primarily focusing on Juriba Dashworks. This role involves a blend of back-end development, system monitoring and troubleshooting.

Tasks:

● Back-end Development - writing and optimizing code for the back-end systems that support Dashworks

● Operational Troubleshooting and Monitoring - Identifying and resolving technical issues and monitoring system performance as well as servers functionality

● Support Architectural decisions

● Deployment of new use cases

● Analyzing issues

● Using the front end to create and manage all aspects of projects – Self service portals, mailouts, capacity slots etc

● Maintenance of the back end databases and creation of new connections where necessary – where the SQL knowledge as well as Powershell script knowledge is required

● Liaising with Juriba on the update and maintenance of the server – both the QA and dev server

● Liaising with projects for requirements.

Requirements:

● Very good knowledge on Work Flow Management Tools, preferably Juriba Dashworks

● Very knowledge on SQL

● Very good knowledge on Powershell and Automation

● Experience with LCM

● Experience with monitoring systems and automations

● Background in enterprise migrations projects

● Experience in working with the ITIL framework

● Experience with the following:

Active Directory, Entra ID, Remedy/Helix, Windows 11

Desirable education:

● Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field

● MD-102 and/or MS-102 certifications

● Powershell

● SQL

● ITIL
