Stockholm (40% remote)

Role:

App development and migration, the project is challenging and will require close collaboration between the teams in Germany and Stockholm. The majority of development will take place in Stockholm — the teams are highly motivated and skilled. We have a large portfolio and are the European market leader. The migration will involve a portfolio that accounts for approximately 40% of the existing corporate portfolio. The cards being migrated are issued in several European countries, with the largest volumes in Germany and the UK.

The ideal candidate has experience in financial payment systems and migration of customer and financial data from one ERP system to another. The volumes involved mean that the migration is a fully automated process. The data to be migrated will be extracted by teams in Germany and imported into the main ledger by teams in Stockholm. The focus will be on making the migration as smooth as possible and ensuring high precision in the electronic feeds delivered to invoicing and expense management systems.

The development will be carried out by our agile teams — and this will require an interface with agile methodology in a SaFE environment. One team focusing on migrations will be available, but they have an ongoing migration when the project starts. For other affected teams, this will be a priority 1 task (after regulatory and daily operations). Excellent people and communication skills are needed, as the process involves getting two organizations to collaborate. The focus will be on getting the job done and removing obstacles, rather than on reporting, as close collaboration will take place with program management.

Please explain how you meet all the requirements when applying.
