Role:

Common Admin Portal - further development of the existing web-based administrator portal to handle master data and ledger data from backend systems. The project is challenging and will require close collaboration between teams in Germany and Stockholm. The majority of the development will take place in Stockholm, and the teams are highly motivated and skilled. We have an existing market-leading administrative portal, which now needs to handle backend data in addition to our existing backend systems. Moreover, further development is required to fill any gaps compared to the current portal offerings. A major challenge will be master data management (customers, user accounts), which needs to be synchronized between two backend systems.

The ideal candidate has experience in web-based (Java) development, where information stored in backend systems is delivered via microservices. The development is a "refinement" of an existing system, which must continually serve the current customer base. With data presented in one tech stack and accessible in two others, the ability to get teams from different tech stacks to develop a common language is essential. A major challenge will be master data management (customers, user accounts), which must be synchronized between two backend systems. Development will be carried out by our agile teams, and collaboration with the agile methodology in a SaFE environment will be required. A dedicated team focused on the portal will be available, but collaboration with other agile teams will also be necessary. Excellent communication and collaboration skills are crucial, as the process involves getting two organizations to work together. The focus will be on getting the job done and removing impediments, rather than on reporting, as close collaboration will take place with the program management.

Languages: English on business level is mandatory. Swedish + German is a plus.
