Role:

• Focus on backend development, primarily using ASP.NET C# to build and maintain robust systems.

• Design, develop, test, and deploy contact center applications.

• Collaborate on frontend development using frameworks like Angular, React, or Vue.

• Build and maintain APIs within the .NET framework.

• Future-proof the telephony platform by integrating Microsoft Teams into the telephony delivery.

• Stay updated on design patterns, technical trends, and enablers, and assess current technical solutions to identify needs for improvement.


Essential requirements:

- Proven experience in backend development with a focus on ASP.NET and C#.

- Competence in frontend development, particularly with Single Page Application frameworks (e.g., Angular, React, Vue).

- Familiarity with the .NET framework and APIs.

- Strong understanding of system design and data structures, applying them to develop pragmatic solutions.

- Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving skills.

- Knowledge of Agile methodologies.

- A collaborative team player willing to learn, share knowledge, and contribute to the team.

- Fluent in both Swedish and English.

- Positive attitude with a strong focus on both technical challenges and understanding business logic.

- Social, outgoing, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.


Meritorious:

- Experience working with telephony/contact center systems.

- Familiarity with digital workplace services and their supporting ecosystem.
