Role:

The project is challenging and will require close collaboration between teams (Germany) and (Stockholm). The majority of the development takes place in Stockholm – the teams are highly motivated and skilled.

The ideal candidate has experience in high-volume, high-availability transaction processing. The project will be connected to backend infrastructures – (Mainframe Stockholm) and cloud-based solutions (primarily based on microservices in Java & KAFKA). Development is carried out by our agile teams – and collaboration with the agile methodology in a SaFE environment will be needed. Dedicated teams will not be available, but the project will have priority 1 for affected teams (after regulatory requirements and daily operations).

Excellent communication and collaboration skills are essential, as the process involves getting two organizations to work together. The focus will be on getting the job done, removing obstacles, rather than reporting, as close collaboration will take place with program management.

Please explain how you meet all the requirements when applying.
