Cross Product Coordinator Tech Lead

Role:

We are looking for a Cross Product Coordinator to take on the responsibility as Tech Lead for the e-commerce journeys of two of our brands. You will work within a large-scale program responsible for establishing and building an e-commerce solution, collaborating with multiple internal product teams across the organization as well as various external partners. The solution is based on a headless e-commerce platform, leveraging the latest cutting-edge technologies.

You will be part of our Program Management Digital Experience team within Portfolio Brands Tech. Portfolio Brands Tech aims to deliver technological solutions across the entire value chain for all our brands.

As Tech Lead, your responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):

Playing a key role in collaborating with the brands' e-commerce project teams, providing support and guidance in technical discussions, solutions, and recommendations.

Being responsible for the overall technical scope and development of the project, continuously coordinating with the program organization, brands, and the program roadmap.

Overseeing a workstream, ensuring readiness according to the project timeline, and managing alignment between brands, their product teams, the program organization, and external partners.

Essential requirements:

Extensive technical depth and end-to-end understanding

Extensive experience of Project management and technical knowledge (Agile WoW)

Proven experience of complex e-commerce eco systems

Flexible mindset, prestige less, honest and transparent

Natural communicator with ability to facilitate constructive communication, collaboration and knowledge-sharing between many different stakeholders

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills – finding solutions in complex situations involving and various stakeholders

Enjoying working outside of your base competence to support the mission of the team
