UX Designer

Role:

The role requires an experienced and self-driven UX designer with at least 7 years of experience, accustomed to collaborating with various stakeholders to understand business needs and user requirements.

The position involves working within an agile structure as a UX designer. You will be responsible for creating new designs as well as adapting existing solutions for multiple teams simultaneously, collaborating closely with other designers and requirement specialists.

This role demands the ability to work across several teams at once, placing high expectations on a structured approach to work.

Additionally, the role requires someone who enjoys working with a wide range of expertise and possesses a strong sense of self-leadership.

Essential requirements:

- Interaction Design

- UI Design

- Accessibility

- Agile methodologies

- Gathering and analyzing qualitative and quantitative data

- Swedish and English proficiency

- A significant advantage would be if the person has previous experience working on solutions within the banking sector and in complex IT projects.
