The Assignment

Applikationskonsult/Lösningsarkitekt med krav- och testkunskap.

Kunden håller på att utveckla sitt loyalty-program byggt på en standardapplikation (ett skal)

• MVP – Hålla koll på kraven och hur de ligger till. Följa upp, hur långt har vi kommit.
• Givet kraven kunna ta fram testplan både för frontend och backend

• Själv kunna konfigurera vid behov – tex sätta upp den ny kampanj

• Förstå hur systemet funkar under huven

The restaurant chain are introducing a loyalty program for the first time, exclusively in our app, and we are seeking assistance from a solution architect during the implementation. The solution architect will play a key role in the build, deploy and launch phases to align and fulfill the business demands with the technical architecture. The procurement and design phase are already done, the next step is to execute on the defined MVP.

The solution architect will operate within the Guest Experience domain of the Business Technology department. The Marketing department is the business owner of the initiative; hence the consultant must have the ability to handle business requirements as well as technical issue resolution. It is desirable that the solution architect has experience within MarTech and Loyalty solutions and order and masterdata flows within any Ecommerce. Besides doing the holistic design of the solution, the role also includes hands on configuration in the loyalty engine (Talon.One) and API testing.

As a person, it’s important to have experience and passion for technical problem solving since we need someone who isn't afraid to tackle things and be there where they happen. It’s important to be a self-motivated force that takes the initiative to ask or gather people for help when needed.

In summary:

• Be able to translate business requirements into text and illustrations while managing the relationship between business and technical development.
• Responsible for understanding system configuration and its limitations
• Understand integrations on an analytical level
• Experience in REST API (dev./test/deploy)
• Experience in project management during system implementations is advantageous
• Experience in Martech is advantageous
• Management of the Assignment

• 100% consultant for 6 months, starting as soon as possible, October 1st is preferrable.
