Backend Developer

Role:

The consultant's assignment is to assist in building a common database for real estate and expansion, which will be used for various purposes by business users in real estate and expansion. Use cases include a single source for real estate assets, facility management, and analysis of investment requests for expansion.

Essential requirements:

• The candidate has to be proficient in Java (different versions), Spring boot, Hibernate, Docker

• Needs to be familiar with working in agile/scrum environments, with strong communication skills

• Past experience in real estate property management software is a strong plus
