Global Sales Operations Specialist (Affärsroll Lager och Logistik )

Order flow by booking and releasing sales orders for sales organization.

• Close contact with production and production planning at FLIR Sweden’s location:

• Issue quotes (enter into CRM)

• Sales orders (update in CRM)

• Lead times

• Backlog

• Material status

• End of life (EOL) - support customers to the right purchase.

Personal qualifications:

• Fluent in Swedish and English both in writing and speaking

• Swedish citizen

• Curious and eager to learn more

• Knowledge of SAP

Knowledge in CRM

• Experience from working with export controlled material

• Experience from working with reviewing license documents

• Experience from working with submiting US license applications and order processing
