Android Platform (AOSP) Developer – Gothenburg

We are looking for an Android Platform Developer (AOSP) on behalf of one of our customers located in Gothenburg. The client is a product development company working with cutting-edge technology and innovative solutions. In the role as Android developer, you will build drivers and set up Android platforms, rather than usual app development. Furthermore, you will be part of a small and driven team where you will get the opportunity to contribute to the entire product development lifecycle. We are looking for a skilled developer who is passionate about hardware solutions, android development and working in tight collaboration with customer projects.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Safeguard maintainability and code quality
• Support the team with design reviews and code reviews
• Drive the development of assigned work packages
• Maintain project documentation
• Facilitate knowledge sharing and team collaboration

Desired profile & qualifications:

• Android Development, AOSP
• Automotive infotainment HW solutions
• Java, Kotlin, C, C++, Python
• Jenkins
• Linux Kernel development
• Device drivers
• Automotive Ethernet
• FPD Link

Meritorious:

• Knowledge of Qualcomm CPUs
• Fluent in Swedish, both written and spoken
• GMSL
