Summary:

Our client is looking for a Business AI Change Management Lead who is responsible for leading the business change management (BCM) efforts related to the adoption of Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools and technologies for "Builders" within our clients global corporation. Builders encompass software developers, data professionals, and citizen developers. The goal is to foster a culture of innovation and equip Builders with the necessary skills and knowledge to leverage AI effectively in their work.


Responsibilities:

• Develop and Implement a comprehensive BCM strategy: This strategy should address the needs and concerns of Builders across all levels and geographies. It should include communication plans, training programs, and support mechanisms to ensure smooth transition and adoption of AI tools.

• Identify and assess potential impacts of AI on Builders: This includes understanding how AI might change their roles, responsibilities, and workflows. Develop strategies to address potential anxieties about job displacement or skill gaps.

• Lead change management initiatives: This includes conducting workshops, creating awareness campaigns, and providing ongoing support to Builders as they integrate AI into their daily work.

• Develop and deliver training programs: Design and deliver training programs tailored to different Builder skill levels. Topics could include:

o Fundamentals of AI and machine learning

o Understanding and selecting appropriate AI tools for specific tasks, and how to use their associated development and production environments

o Responsible AI development practices

o Data preparation and management for AI projects

• Facilitate collaboration between Builders and AI experts: Build bridges between Builders and data scientists/AI engineers, fostering communication and knowledge sharing.

• Develop and implement communication plans: Create clear and concise communication materials to educate Builders about AI concepts, benefits, and limitations. Maintain a two-way communication channel to address questions and concerns.

• Measure and track success: Develop metrics to track the effectiveness of BCM initiatives. These could include adoption rates of AI tools, participation in training programs, and feedback from Builders.

• Stay current on AI trends: Continuously research and learn about new AI technologies and best practices in AI adoption to keep Builders informed and adapt the BCM strategy accordingly.


Qualifications:

• Experience in leading Business change management.

• Proven experience in developing and implementing successful change management strategies.

• Strong understanding of software development and data science workflows.

• Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.

• Ability to adapt and learn quickly in a fast-paced technological environment.

• Understanding of Artificial Intelligence and machine learning concepts.

• Experience working in a global corporate environment.

• Proficiency in project management methodologies.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
