Microsoft D365 Solution Architect

Role:

Collaborate with key business and IT stakeholders to understand and analyze Business Capabilities, Business Requirements, and Business Processes and translate into a solution architecture for a D365 Sales template. 

Supporting Enterprise Architects and Product Managers with understanding Microsoft D365 solution capabilities. 

Providing solution design guidance, decisions, and support proof of concepts to development teams, predominantly Technical Architects. 

Assisting Roll-out Solution Architects in local configuration of the D365 Sales template and support guidance in closing critical local gaps during roll-out projects in local markets. 

Essential requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.

- A seasoned Solution Architect with extensive experience in Sales flows within D365 Finance and Operations, as well as D365 Customer Engagement, including their integration.

- Strong background working in complex IT landscapes, particularly within global companies.

- An in-depth understanding of both business processes and technology, along with the ability to analyze complex technical requirements.

- Change management and communication skills are vital for this role as well as fluency in business English.

- Knowledge of the industry and relevant certifications in solution architecture and/or Microsoft D365 systems are an advantage.
