Software Engineer
Role:
Provide satisfaction to our customer by contributing to improve their experience
Serve as a subject matter expert for cloud support for the support teams
Talk to a lot of people in order to understand the inner working of some services
Set-up test equipment such as cars and rigs to reproduce your issue
Be well connected to know ahead what changes are getting implemented
Build solid documentation on how to solve some misconfiguration you identify
Help design interface and tools to make support easier and faster
Essential requirements:
BSc degree or higher in engineering, or equivalent experience
Master the English language both spoken and in writing
AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, Envoy, Istio
Jira, GitLab, GitHub, Maven, GitOps, Argo CD
Splunk, Linux/ssh/bash, Grafana
