• Support Knowledge transfer process.

• Support incident management process.

• Troubleshooting and coordination of Hypercare.

• Collaboration call facilitation.

• Improvement of Hypercare processes.

• Report analysis.

Essential requirements:

• Operation Support experience.

• Incident management and ITIL knowledge.

• Communication skills.

• Process understanding.

• IT Industry digitalization understanding.

• Finance & Procurement understanding (good to have SAP S/4 background).

• Trouble shooting skills.

• Governance model understanding.
