Lösningsarkitekt for Source to Pay (Nivå 4 - Expert)

Background:

Our customer, a leader in the Paper and Pulp industry, is in a strategic transition to a new Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system. Our aim is to optimize our business processes, improve cross-departmental information flow, and enhance our data management capabilities.

We are seeking an experienced architect for the Source to Pay process area. The architect will be responsible for the solution architecture for S2P, adhering to solution strategies and business requirements and designing the solution perspectives (main focus on keeping processes, information, applications, and integrations together for S2P in a cohesive solution).

In addition to applying the new ERP for S2P, the responsibility also involves understanding the current systems and integrations for S2P (to ensure the transition steps for S2P from current solution to target solution).

Role description and objectives:

• You will be part of the S2P process stream and report to the stream lead.
• Close collaboration with our internal staff, project teams and external vendors.
• Ensure understanding the business requirements for S2P.
• Ensure understanding of the business processes in S2P, including dependencies to processes outside S2P.
• Ensure understanding of the information architecture for the S2P process.
• Ensure adherence to the customers Architecture principles for the target solution architecture of the S2P domain, and that any deviations are raised and decided according to our governance model.
• Ensure that the target solution supports Europe as well as North America.
• Ensure documentation of the target solution architecture for S2P which is in line with the given standards.
• Defining and documenting of the transition architecture step(s) for S2P, to ensure the roadmap for transition from current architecture to target architecture.
• Ensure relevant understanding of the current system landscape and integrations for S2P (to support the transition from current solution to target solution).

Location and Mobility:

• Necessary to participate in a considerable number of live workshops in Solna.
• Some workshops might also be held at other sites.

Skallkrav: (Behöver svara JA på samtliga skallkrav)

• Ability to understand and describe how processes, information, systems, and integrations fit together in a solution for the business requirements at hand.
• Ability to detect and describe key solution options and their key consequences for decision makers.
• At least 10 years of relevant experience as Solution Architect
• Strong understanding of ERP concepts and experience in working with ERP implementations as a solution architect.
• Excellent communication skills in Swedish and English, both oral and written.
• Relevant degree in IT, Information Systems, or equivalent.
• Documented experience from the S2P process.

Börkrav:

• Documented experience from processes and concepts within the manufacturing industry (paper and pulp industry is an extra plus, but not a firm requirement).

• Ability to communicate all the above with different resources and roles, technical staff as well as business staff.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to work in a cross-functional environment.
