Background:
The cjustomer is, a leader in the Paper and Pulp industry, is embarking on a strategic business transformation including implementation of a new common Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system. Our aim is to optimize our business processes, improve cross-departmental information flow, and enhance our data management capabilities.
To this end, we are seeking an experienced Master Data project manager who take lead in establishing a common Master Data Management function, as part of our transformation program. You will be leading a sub-stream in existing enable workstream called Data & Migration that has responsibly covering data migration, master data management and data & information governance. Simultaneously also work in parallel on setting up needed Data Management processes to support the success of our program, e.g. process for handling test data in the different systems for our new ERP solution.
Role description and objectives:
• Planning and leading the development and establishment of a MDM operating model, including strategy, governance, organization, processes, services and solutions.
• Collaborating with the program workstreams and various business units to understand their master data needs.
• Coordinate efficient end-to-end master data processes with focus on enterprise wide master data, i.e. Product, Commercial, Sourcing and Finance.
• Development of framework supporting seamless integration and synchronization of master data across various SAP modules and related systems.
• Enabling data quality to assure data is compliant with quality standards and business rules.
• Coordination with the Migration team for the accurate transfer of master data during system implementation.
• Support both future and interim master data processes, including coordination with other relevant workstreams and projects.
• Take a role supporting program with master data services.
• Close collaboration with our internal staff, project teams and external vendors.
• Contribute to a positive, enjoyable, and solution-oriented work environment.
• You will be part of the program data stream and report to the data stream lead.
• Focus is on finding the right person who can build a strong function and fit well within the existing team and organization.
Skills and experience required:
• At least 6-8 years of experience of project management within business transformation projects
• Proven experience in leading and driving teams, ensuring effective collaboration and successful project delivery.
• Experience with ERP implementation projects and change management.
• Experience with leading cross-functional initiative tied to change regarding organizations and ways of working.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience with enterprise-wide master data management.
• Analytical skills and the ability to work in a cross-functional environment.
• Excellent communication skills in Swedish and English, both oral and written.
• Relevant knowledge or both business- and IT organizations.
• Good proven understanding of the processes and concepts within the manufacturing industry preferably within process industry.
Location and Mobility:
• Necessary to participate in a considerable number of live workshops in Solna.
• Some workshops might also be held at other site.
