We are now searching for a Problem Management Lead on behalf of our customer in Gothenburg. In the role as Problem Management Lead, you’ll be part of the team with the purpose of defining, executing, and maintaining several processes within their Product delivery. This role will primarily be responsible for the process Problem management, but also Change request management.


As a person it is important that you are proactive and self-managed, while comfortable with expectations and ownership. Furthermore, you are a problem solver that always try to find a way to contribute. Also, you have a pragmatic approach to create value and not always depending on processes.


Your responsibilities will include:


  •  Support the Problem management follow up

- Secure that all current and new issues consists of all relevant info from Issue owners, to enable Stakeholders to secure the plans.

- Create and include the Problem Report Summary in the release documentation.

- Follow up and report on trends via Problem report KPIs.


  • Maintain the Problem management tool

- All their issues are stored and maintained within a Jira project and the tool shall always fulfill the expectations from stakeholders and users in terms of usage and data.

- Smaller changes are handled by you, but larger changes need Jira backend access and are therefore requested to their Tool-team.


  • Process Development

- As Process lead, you are responsible for updating/documenting the process improvements that are found and decided during the executions phase.

- Changes are aligned with the Process owner and decided by the Steering committee 

 

Requirements:


  • Previous experience with SW product quality assurance
  • Status & trend reports towards stakeholders.
  • Automotive Embedded SW development
  • Communication tools within Office
  • Jira
  • Confluence
