Dynamic 365 Functional Consultant

Role:

Understand and document business requirements from stakeholders.

Develop and propose D365 solutions to meet business needs.

Configure D365 modules to align with business processes.

Customize the platform as per the business requirements using standard and custom tools.

Develop and execute test plans to ensure the solution meets requirements.

Conduct training sessions for end-users and create user manuals.

Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for implemented solutions.

Work on integrating D365 with other systems and third-party applications.

Maintain detailed documentation of configurations, customizations, and processes.

Act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders.

Essential requirements:

Extensive experience with Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations

Strong understanding of business processes and best practices.

Familiarity with D365 customization and configuration tools.

Ability to analyze and interpret complex business requirements.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

Ability to train users and provide ongoing support.

Experience with integrating D365 with other systems.

Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
