Tech Lead / CTO ;SaaS and (Manufacturing background Or Transport desirable )

What You'll Do

• Technical Leadership and product strategy: Collaborate with the Venture Lead, Business & Product teams to strategically guide the technology roadmap and to develop and implement a coherent product that aligns seamlessly with Elain's business goals, focusing on decarbonization in logistics.

• Project and Product Delivery: Oversee product delivery and customer project implementation, emphasizing quality and timeliness. Lead the customer onboarding and delivery processes to optimize project outcomes.

• Operational Excellence: Ensure robust, scalable, and secure systems and architecture, with comprehensive contingency planning and data protection measures.

• Team Leadership: Lead, structure, and mentor the technology team, including full-stack developers and project managers, ensuring effective recruitment and team development.

• Ways of Working: Establish and maintain an efficient, transparent, and agile framework for the technology team. Implement clear performance KPIs and foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.

• Developer Experience and Culture: Foster a high-performance, collaborative, and accountable workplace culture.

Who we are looking for

• Proven Leadership: 7+ years of experience in relevant roles, with a documented history of transforming and scaling solutions and teams. A ‘can do’ mentality with strong strategic thinking and decision-making, plus a demonstrated ability to translate business objectives into technology strategies and execution plans.

• Technical Expertise: Proven experience in managing complex software development SaaS projects both front-end and back-end, creating scalable cloud and microservices architectures, data management and analytics platforms, and real-time data processing systems. Familiarity with machine learning and AI frameworks is desirable.

• Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts effectively across all levels of the organization. You are fluent in English and are used to presenting complex ideas with ease.

• Initiative and Drive: Demonstrated capacity to lead initiatives from concept to implementation, with a proactive and results-oriented approach.
