Our client is now undergoing a transformation from being a supplier of trucks, buses and engines to a supplier of complete and sustainable transport solutions.

Re-designing the Order to Delivery (O2D) flow to make it more stable, transparent and lean is one of our client top priorities. A lot of work has been done recently to stabilize our flows short term and we are now moving to the more long-term task of re-designing the entire flow.

A vital part of that is to ensure that we have a modern, robust and future-proof processes, information and system landscape for that flow. This is a change management journey that involves large parts of our company - dealers and distributors around the world as well as central functions. The responsibility of driving the O2D system journey is placed with Presales and Sales readiness (KJ) at Sales & Marketing.

KJP, E2E O2D Business Architecture, has the accountability to set the future business architecture and system landscape – the blueprint - for O2D and to define the roadmap from the as-it to the to-be state.

We are now looking for an O2C Master Data Manager with the accountability to ensure that the master data required to run the Order 2 Cash process within our ERP solution is available, accurate, consistent and effectively utilised within the Order 2 Cash processes supporting E2E Order 2 Delivery.

About the role:

In the role of O2C Master Data Manager, you will:

• Operationally secure that the required master data is available.
• Manage data shared within and required for the O2C process to operate. Primarily customer, product/service and price.
• Own and work with other data owners to ensure that the data in scope is operative within the ERP solutions (SAP for Industrial and Dynamics 365 for Commercial)
• Secure that there is governance, quality management, standardization and life cycle management of the data in scope as well as attending to data security and privacy compliance.
• You will be a part of a team consisting of ERP process owners, business and information architects within O2D. The extended team will also include cross-functional subject matter experts and key users from different organisations within Scania.

Your profile

• You have a proven experience in the field in a master data management role or a related field. You are a doer! The prime objective of the role is to ensure that the data is available.
• You have a good understanding of data governance, principles, data quality management and data lifecycle processes. Furthermore, you are experienced with MDM (Master Data Management) tools and ERP solutions.
• Project management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive initiatives to completion is a meritorious skill.
• You possess good presentation and communication skills and enjoy working in and contributing to an environment where team success is key.
• You have a degree in information management or computer science, or other equivalent degrees or work experience for the job and are fluent in English.
