Lead Developer Azure/.NET

Vi söker en konsult som ska vara med och bygga ett nytt utvecklings-team och inneha rollen ”Lead developer”. Vi erbjuder en heltidstjänst med placering i Stockholm från, så snart som möjligt, fram till årsskiftet med möjlighet till förlängning.

Extra viktigt är att konsulten är skicklig inom Azure/.Net och en erfaren lösningsarkitekt. Konsulten ska ha erfarenhet och förmåga att leda och hålla i Workshops samt inspirera och leda andra. I förlängningen handlar det också om att vara delaktig i att sätta ihop teamet med rätt förmågor. God kännedom om Finans- och Försäkringsbranchen är ett stort plus.

Position Overview:

• We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Lead Developer to be part of establishing a new development team.
• As a Lead Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing robust and scalable technology solutions that align with our business objectives.
• You will work closely with other developers, mentor developers, and contribute to the strategic direction of our technology stack.

Development and Architecture:

• Develop and lead the design and implementation of high-quality software solutions.
• Drive the development of scalable and maintainable code.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure our technology stack remains cutting-edge.

Technical Leadership:

• Provide technical leadership and guidance to a team of developers.
• Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Team Collaboration:

• Foster a collaborative and innovative team culture.
• Mentor and coach team members, fostering their professional growth.
• Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to best practices.

Who you are:

• Proven experience as a Tech Lead or Senior Developer in a fast-paced environment with >5 years of development experience on a relevant tech stack
• Strong expertise in software development using technologies such as C#/.NET, React, ARM
• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and microservices architecture.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
