EazyBI Expert

Role Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled expert specialized on EazyBI on Jira to join our team. This role is based in the Group function and offers opportunities for remote, or hybrid work arrangements.

Task/Key Responsibilities:

• Drive the EazyBI related changes, optimization and problem solving.

• Collaborate with the Atlassian expert team to understand the current Jira and Confluence setup.

• Drive discussions with required vendors like EazyBI or Atlassian to discuss as and when needed.

• Document and share learnings, solutions to ensure the knowledge is spread within the team.

• Collaborate with stakeholders, customers who are key users of Eazy BI to get understanding of the business processes.

• Provide optimized and reliable solutions that have no performance impact on the overall system.

• Recommend best practices.

Requirements:Key Competences:

We are looking for candidates with the following key competences:

• Knowledgeable on Data Center Jira and Confluence clustered environment

• Detailed understanding of EazyBI and advanced queries

• Experience in other sources together with Jira to fetch and feed data in EazyBI from multiple sources in the same report.

• Defining it from resource efficiency is the key.

• Combined reporting from multiple sources and to get correct right data sets.

• Filtering and querying BI solution.

• Rest API knowledge is Key.

• Proficiency in the English language, both in speech and writing to be able to understand problems, communicate possible solutions or approaches and document the same.

Mandatory:

• Knowledge on Data Center Jira and Confluence

• Expertise in EasyBI

• Experience in Rest API

• Combined reports from multiple sources

• Advanced filter queries

Optional:

• Experience in implementing business data in reporting and visualization.

Requirements (3 Most Important Things):

1. Experience: Minimum 2 years in working with eazy BI reporting, advanced filtering, for visualization

2. Experience: Minimum 4 years of working experience as an administrator with JIRA and Confluence
