Graphic Designer

Role:

The Graphic Designer will be responsible to create graphical material such as visual prototypes, posters, presentations as well as visualisations in postings on Yammer and LinkedIn. We support our stakeholders in visualizing complex business challenges to create alignment and forward momentum.

It is beneficial if the Graphic Designer also is used to do videos and can edit videos. The videos are used as instruction videos or prototypes to show a potential solution.

Essential requirements:

A user-focused mindset – a passionate drive for understanding and meeting user needs.

The ability to see the full picture.

Good knowledge in UI tools like Sketch, Photoshop, and InVision

Good knowledge in powerpoint as we use this as visualization tool

The ability to deliver graphics to be used in visual prototypes

Strong ability to collaborate with people.

A humble but confident attitude, with a good understanding and base in research how data and instinct play into decision making for the users.

Experience in User Research methods like Interviews etc.

Experience of designing prototypes in workshop formats like Design Sprint.
