Project Manager DORA

Role:

As a Project Manager you’ll have a close collaboration between the central DORA-project team and other cross-functional team. It will involve several stakeholders and requires an understanding of NPAC, BIA, TIA, Risk Assessment as well as Agile way of working.

You are an experienced Project Manager with very good communication skills, driven and are very used to work within the Agile Way of Working using “LEAF”, Lean Agile Framework, and are familiar of writing Epics, User Stories that are related to Features. As there are more business teams and Product Owners involved you need to be able to work with things in parallel and be very clear on what needs to be done from each party’s involvement.

We expect you to have knowledge around Non Financial Risk such as BCM, BIA, TIA, NPA, Risk Assessment etc.

Essential requirements:

Relevant Bachelor's degree

At least 5 years experience as a Project Manager

4-8 years of experience from implementation project for IT processes and management systems

Experience of and preferable education within “LEAF” Lean Agile Framework

Experience of writing Epics, User Stories that are related to Features

Knowledge about DORA (Digital Operational Resilience Act)

Knowledge of Non Financial Risk Assessments

Great time management skills
